NAMI CA CONFERENCE

October 16-17, 2025

Motherhood never follows a straight path, but when your child struggles with mental illness during a global pandemic, it can feel like navigating stormy seas without a map…while your boat is sinking…and folks who’ve never gone sailing before are shouting advice from the safety of the sun-warmed beach.

In this talk, I explore how to build mental resilience and show up for our families and ourselves - no matter what. I share a message of hope, strength, and unwavering love for any parent, caregiver, or advocate who has ever felt lost in the storm.

I would love to see your familiar faces - my fellow mental health advocates, educators and NAMI parents - at the 2025 NAMI CA conference this year.
